Senior Youth Worker (Tickton, Routh and Weel area)

Salary: Salary: £25,791 pro-rata (4 hours £2,788.61 – £13.37) + 10.6% Employers Pension Contribution
Status: 4 hours per week
Fixed Term: Fixed contract from August 2022 – 31st July 2023
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + public holidays pro rata
Employers pension contribution 10.6%
Location: Home-based and covering the Tickton, Routh and Weel area

Job Role:
ERVAS have received valuable funding from the Tickton and Routh Wind Farm, the Tickton and Routh Youth Project is an exciting new development for East Riding Voluntary Action Services, which will benefit the local community by encouraging and supporting young people between the ages of 10-18 (up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities) to engage in a range of positive activities, including a term-time weekly youth club as well as detached youth work, in order for them to have access to support and reduce risk-taking or anti-social activities within the area.
