Notification of temporary road closure (Weel Bridge to Weel Village) – 1 April 2024

TEMPORARY PRHOBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC 

WEEL ROAD, WEEL

East Riding of Yorkshire Council hereby gives notice that no personal shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Weel Road, Weel (between Weel Bridge & Weel Village) commencing Monday 1 April 2024 to carry out carriageway repair works.

The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public.  The Order is valid for 21 days, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 12 April 2024.

There is no alternative route for traffic affected by this closure.

Access will be maintained for the Emergency Services, residents & pedestrians only (access will also be maintained for the HWRC).
