CELEBRATE THE CORONATION BY JOINING IN ….

– Red, white, and blue decorations around the parishes.

– Residents are encouraged to decorate houses.

– Commemorative coins* for nursery and primary children – Wednesday 3rd May, 2pm at the Village Field.

– Planting of ‘The King’s Oak’ tree – Wednesday 3rd May, 2pm at the Village Field.

– Right Royal Quiz Night Party – Friday 5th May, 7pm at Tickton Village Hall. 

– Community Art Project – a tile mosaic representing life in the parish in 2023 The Coronation year. 

– Burying a 2023 Time Capsule

 

CORONATION COMMEMORATIVE COINS

A limited number of commemorative coins are available to residents of Tickton, Routh, Eske, Hull Bridge & Weel.

*ALL CHILDREN ATTENDING TICKTON PRIMARY SCHOOL, TICKTON PRE-SCHOOL & PLAYPALS AND FIR TREES NURSERY WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A COIN*

Coins can be requested by contacting Tickton & Routh Parish Council by emailing info@ticktonandrouth.org.uk or calling 07563 155 095.

Please clearly state your name, address, preferred contact details together with the CATEGORY and number of coins requested.

Due to limited availability, coins will be allocated in category order on a first come first served basis: –

CATEGORY 1: Children from Birth to School Year 6 NOT registered at Tickton Primary School, Tickton Play Pals, or Fir Trees Nursery.

CATEGORY 2: Children from School Year 7 up to and including those aged 18.

CATEGORY 3: Any resident.

Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
