What do we do?

The Parish Council has an overall responsibility for the wellbeing of the local community of Eske, Hull Bridge, Tickton, Routh and Weel

The Parish Council raise money through the annual precept in order to provide and maintain the following services around the Parish:-

A part time handyman is employed to undertake most of the routine work of the Parish Council.  Other specialised work is undertaken by contractors.

If you spot anything that needs attention please use the contact page to inform us.

The Parish Council also represents the residents by raising items of concern in the Parish with the police, ward councillors and the principal authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and by  responding  to consultations that effect the Parish. We will use this site to publicise current consultations that we are aware of.

SAFETY ON PUBLIC GROUNDS

The Parish Council would like to inform all members of the public that the use of fireworks, bonfires and activities that may cause harm to themselves or other members of the public and property is not permitted and should not be undertaken on public grounds.  Tickton & Routh Parish Council is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any incidents or accidents resulting from unauthorised use.
